Hey there, I’m Evon!

I’m a registered nurse turned skin and beauty therapist, and the proud founder of Evon Lush Aesthetics, a place where science meets artistry to give your skin the glow it deserves.

If you’ve landed here, you’re probably curious about me (and I’m excited to spill the tea ✨).

I earned my nursing degree from the prestigious Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and have been privileged to work in some of Australia’s top clinical settings, including the Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation (STARS) Centre, a subset of Royal Brisbane Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Ramsay Health’s Greenslopes Hospital and Queensland’s Children Hospital in perioperative services and surgical rehabilitation. I have also worked as a correctional nurse and understand trauma informed care.

My circa 10 years experience in theatres and nursing wards gave me a deep understanding of skin conditions as associated with wear and tear, including scarring post surgery, and I gained clinical knowledge which I now channel into helping my clients look and feel their absolute best.

But here’s the thing: I’ve always been a born creative. While I love my time in hospital, my heart craved a way to combine my nursing expertise with my artistic side.

That search led me to the world of paramedical and cosmetic skin procedures – where I now specialise in lip neutralisation, scar and stretch mark treatments and 3D areola(nipple) reconstruction that transform not just appearances, but confidence.

In 2024, Evon Lush Aesthetics was born, and thanks to incredible results and the trust of our amazing clients, we’ve grown faster than I ever imagined.

Every transformation is a reminder of why I do what I do, because there’s nothing better than seeing someone fall in love with their reflection again.

Final look in 8 – 12 weeks depending on your Fitzpatrick type. Darker lip tend to take longer for the lip colour to settle.

Inkless Stretch Marks Revision (ISR) – Micro needling with healing serums to smooth skin and fade stretch marks or scars without pigment.

Scar Camouflage – Micropigmentation with skin-toned pigment to conceal scars or stretch marks.

Lip Blush – Semi-permanent lip tattoo to enhance colour, shape, and hide minor scars or discolouration.

Scar Camouflage – Pigment blends into surrounding skin; final look in 8-12 weeks.

3. How many sessions will I need?

Inkless Stretch Marks Revision (ISR) requires 2–5 sessions, 6–12 weeks apart.
Scar Camouflage requires 2–3 sessions for outcome.
Lip Blush – 2 sessions (initial + touch-up).

4. How long do results last?

Inkless Stretch Marks Revision (ISR) – Long-lasting if weight remains stable.
Scar Camouflage lasts 2–5 years before touch-up.
Lip Blush last 2–4 years; fades gradually.

5. Is it painful?

Inkless Stretch Marks Revision (ISR) – Mild tingling or stinging.
Scar Camouflage – Similar to tattooing, mild discomfort
Lip Blush – Lips are more sensitive; mild to moderate discomfort.

Numbing cream used is for Lip Blush.

6. Recovery time

Inkless Stretch Marks Revision (ISR) – Redness/swelling 1–3 days; full healing in weeks.

Scar Camouflage – Redness 1–3 days; pigment settles in weeks.

Lip Blush – Swelling for 24–48 hours, peeling during the first week,

Final colour settles between 8-12 weeks

Scar Camouflage – Fully healed scars (9+ months), lighter in colour.

8. Are there Risks?

Safe when done by a trained artist.

Possible: redness, swelling, peeling, uneven pigment (rare), mild irritation.

9. How should I prepare and care after?

Avoid sun, tanning, and heavy exercise for 7 days.
Keep area clean and moisturized.
Follow your artist’s aftercare instructions.
For Lip Blush – use SPF lip balm once healed.
